They are creating an imbalance in the ecological cycle of the environment and thus creating havoc all around.

Everything we do is dependent on nature. In fact, our life is possible because of this beautiful nature. We depend on water, air, fire for our survival and then again we are exploiting the same things we completely rely on.

Feel pure Nature

When you walk around the park on one of the autumn days, it is impossible not to admire the beauty and quintessence of nature. Who can predict exactly when heavy autumn clouds will hide the tired sun for a long time, or much rains, snows, light frosts there will be, while the earth will be covered in snow.

In winter everything changes  in a miraculous way. They sky turns grey; the sun becomes less bright and burning. Days are short and the nature becomes quiet and balanced. The trees have branches and the grass is hidden form out sight. In this way nature defends itself from the cold and snow drifts of the winter, which will come in the stead of the silent autumn. The leaves that fell down enrich the soil with fertilizers, which helps to save trees some animals and insects. They will wait till the cold winter is over and will please us next spring.

One day in end of autumn or at the beginning of winter you look out of your window and see a drastic change everything is white and mysterious. The snow is so white it make you hold your breath and admire the beauty. The sight is even more fascinating if it continues snowing and you walk in the cloud of snowflakes and wonder whether you are in Heaven or it still the earth.

Everything is covered in snow and the trees have funny shapes. Children are running around, making snowmen and playing snowballs. A lot of them enjoy sledging or skiing, which makes them really happy. If only all the grown-ups cloud be brave enough to.

Then all of a sudden, the river becames so wide and tranquil the very moment it finds space. On its banks you will see some mud flats and reeds,  where crocodiles lie in the sun, as well as dense trees and forests that are interested with huge grey prehistoric baobab trees, with branches that look like roots.

People have always appreciated nature, and they still do to some extent. They are both challenged and pacified by it. Nature is beautiful, and the fact that is changing so magically through different amazes every human being. At the same time, we're fascinated by how timelessly unchanged some of its fixed elements, like mountains, remain throughout history.

Mother Nature

"Look deep into Nature and then you will understand everything Better"

Nature is God's greatest boon to mankind. Nature is the mother of all creations on our earth. The air that we breath, the water that we drink, the food we consume, the furniture that we use, etc. Are all gifted by Mother Nature. If not for nature life on earth would have been unimaginable. The bright sunshine, the showers of rain, the tamed and wild animals, the game and the jewels, the paper on which we write all are the presents of Nature. We as humans owe our very existence to Mother Nature but seem to disregard this inimitable fact and do not pay any respect to her instead we indulge in polluting and destroying our environment. Today, people uproot and trees for furniture but forget to plant a new sapling in its place. The tragedy of modren day existence is people are enjoying luxury items such as cars, air-conditioners refrigerators, etc. Failing to realize that they are polluting the ecological balance of our earth. Today's  generation seems to have no moral responsibility towards nature.
The importance of protecting Mother Nature is very necessary in today's age. As nature is the main life force of all living beings on earth. It is our duty to preserve and protect Nature and all its creations alike. We must also love her in return as she loves us. Planting more trees and preventing environmental polluting and protecting all plants and animals should be our basic moral responsibility. We must stand up for its cause and give Nature its due.

How Does Nature Impact Our Wellbeing

"Nature teaches us those lessons that schools fail to teach."

Research reveals that environments can increase or reduce our stress, which in turn impacts our bodies. What you are seeing, hearing, experiencing at any moment is changing not only your mood, but how your nervous, endocrine, and immune systems are working.

The stress of an unpleasant environment can cause you to feel anxious, or sad, or helpless. This in turn elevates your blood pressure, heart rate, and muscle tension and suppress your immune system. A pleasing environment reverses that. And regardless of age or culture, humans find nature pleasing, researchers found that more than two-thirds of people choose a natural setting to retreat to when stressed.

Nature Heals

Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones. It may even reduce mortality.

Research done in hospitals, offices, and schools has found that even a simple plant in a room can have a significant impact on stress and anxiety.

Nature soothes

In addition, nature helps us cope with pain. Because we are genetically programmed to find trees, plants, water, and other nature elements engrossing, we are absorbed by nature scenes and distracted from our pain and discomfort.

This is nicely demonstrated in now classic study of patients who underwent gallbladder surgery; half had a view of trees and half had a view of a wall.

According to the physician who conducted the study.

More recent studies have shown similar results with scenes from nature and plants in hospital rooms.
